Chapter 15
The next day my sister and I went to the police, to give indication against the guy who raped her. While we sat at the police department, Quinn texted with Alan. I stared at her phone screen, to see what they texted. She told him what happend last night and based on his words he wrote, I noticed that he were worried as heck. I sighted before the police officer came up to us.
"Austin and Quinn Carlile, right?" he asked and we both looked up before we nodded.
"So, Quinn would you come with us? we have to ask you a few questions." the man with the beard said to my sister and she swallowed, before she looked to me.
"C-can my brother come with me?" she asked quietly and the officer nodded.
"Of course." he answered and we three went to his office. He offered us a seat and we sat down on the two chairs, before he let himself down on his office chair. He started to ask the usual police questions. How does he look? How tall was he? ect. After a hour we were finished. We left the police department and walked back to my car. After she sat down on the seat, she sighted.
"Are you okay?" I asked a bit worried and she nodded, while she smiled at me.
"Yes, the officer was just annoying." she laughed and I grinned while I shooked my head.
"But Quinn, he's a keeper of the law. Don't let him hear that!" I laughed and started the engine of the car.
"Can you drive me to Alan's apartment?" she asked carefully after few minutes of driving. I quickly looked over to her, but then I smiled.
"Yeah, sure." I answered and took the way to my best friend's apartment. I doesn't asked why she wanted to be with him, I just thought he needed his near. We arrived at the apartment after 10mins and she got out of the car.
"Gimme a call when I should come to pick you up or just message me when you stay here, okay?" I smiled at her and she nodded.
"Yes, I will." she smiled back.
"But don't do anything... you know..." I smirked and she shooked her head while she laughed.
"Austin." she said and walked up to the apartment. I made my way back to my home.
Alan's POV:
I waited for Quinn, to knock at my door, because she texted me, that Austin carried her to my apartment. As soon as I heard her knocking at the door, I got up and walked to the door. I opened it and saw her there. Smiling. Her beautiful smile.
"Hey." she said and I grabbed her face. I pressed my lips against her. She kissed me back and wrabbed her arms around my neck. I smiled big and dragged her into the corridor, before I closed the door behind her with one hand.
"What a great welcome." she smiled and gave me a kiss on my cheek.
"I know." I laughed a bit and went to the kitchen, where I pulled two bottles of beer out of the fridge. When I got back to the living room, she were at she shelf with my DVD summary.
"You wanna watch a movie?" I asked and opened the two bottles, right before I walked up to her. I handled her one of the bottles and she thanked.
"Yes." she smiled while she rans over the backs of the DVD cases, until she stopped at a case. It was Stephen King's 'IT'.
"This one!" she grabbed the case, before she hobbed over to the TV with the DVD player. She put in the DVD and jumped onto the couch. I laughed a bit, before I placed myself next to her. I grabbed the remote from the table and switched on the TV. I started the movie and wrapped an arm around her.
"You like clowns?" I asked her and took a swing of the beer.
"Nah, but the movie is funny." she smirked and squeezed me into my side. I giggled a bit.
"Hey, stop that!" I said and placed the two bottles of beer onto the table, before I started to tickle her badly. She laughed hard and snapped for air.
"STOP HOLD ON I NEED TO BREATHE!" she yelled and I laughed. We calm down again and watched the movie together. We cuddled, we drunk and ate popcorn, which I made during the movie. I kissed her again and again. I did everything to make her happy.
"Austin and Quinn Carlile, right?" he asked and we both looked up before we nodded.
