She felt her heart stop. She couldn’t breathe. Like all the air inside of her just got taken away and there was nothing she could do. Josh was out and he was coming to get her. Annemarie shook her head, dropping the phone and falling to her knees. She held her head in her hands and she screamed, ignoring everything around her.

He could be anywhere right now. He could be watching the whole band. He was going to find them and he was going to kill them. She ignored everything around her, even Aaron who was trying to get her to snap out of it.

“Annie, talk to me. What’s going on?” His voice was laced with worry and alarm at Annemarie’s sudden outburst. She screamed, grabbing fistfuls of hair and crying harshly. She pushed his hands away from her, screaming.

“Get away from me! Don’t touch me!” Alan got up, rushing to her and holding her arms down by her wrists.

“Anne! Stop crying and look at me!” He yelled. Annemarie looked at Alan and she stopped screaming. Aaron looked a bit shook about the whole episode and she pulled her arms away from Alan. Aaron couldn’t help but feel useless. He was always there to calm Anne but his time he couldn’t. He scooted closer to her and she flinched from the sudden movement. Aaron felt rejected, before she jumped at him and wrapped her arms around his neck.

“He’s out. Josh is out and he’s going to find me and he’s going to hunt me down. He’s going to hurt me, he can hurt you guys and I don’t want that!” Aaron hugged her tightly in his arms and rubbed her back soothingly.

“Everything is going to be okay. Don’t worry.” The rest of the guys stayed glued to their spots before Tino spoke up.

“Anne, we told you that we will always be here for you. Josh can’t hurt you as long as we’re here.” Anne looked up at Tino and smiled, letting go of Aaron and walking to him. She hugged Tino tightly and he stiffened, a bit surprised by her action before he hugged her back. She pulled away, hugging Phil, then Alan and finally Austin. He was watching her closely, knowing she was comfortable with the band and he stood up, pulling her to him and hugging her tightly. Anne returned it, feeling safe in his arms and she hid her face in his arm, smiling.

“We’ll protect you Marie, you can trust us on that.” She grinned like a fool, nodding. Alan sat on the couch and Tino nudged him.

“They’ll be dating in no time.” Alan agreed and Austin let go of Anne, kissing her forehead softly and letting her go. She walked back to the phone and picked it off from the ground, calling the lawyer.

“I’m sorry.” Anne apologized when the lawyer answered. “I’m better now. Is there any way to get a restraining order on him?” The lawyer spoke to Marie before they settled on getting the papers done as soon as possible and they would trace Josh down, making sure he wouldn’t get near her. Anne smiled, sitting on the couch and looked at the guys as they talked about anything. She felt lucky having the five men watching over her.
