I hurried back to the busses and ran straight into Spot. I let out a small scream and he calmed me down.
"Shit sorry" he said and held up his arms.
"No, it was just me" I said and took deep breaths.
"What’s wrong?" he asked.
"Nothing really" I said and tried to smile.
"You would only be like this if something scared you, so what happened?" he asked and crossed his arms. I looked at him.
"You know that someone broke in to my apartment?" I said.
"Yeah?" he said.
"I think I saw him earlier… He was watching me when I played" I said and swallowed. Spot looked at me, a bit worried.
"Are you sure? Maybe you just thought you saw him" he said.
"I thought so too but… I just have this feeling I really saw him" I said and shivered. Spot nodded.
"What did he do?" he asked.
"This time he didn’t jerk off, he just… touched himself" I whispered.
"Shall we go and see if he’s still there?" Spot asked, and I looked at him. Then I nodded. Together we walked back and I pointed towards the place he had been. But there was no sight of him.
"Maybe you imagines things" Spot said.
"Excuse me… Was there a man sitting by that table earlier?" I asked the bartender. Spot looked at me and the bartender nodded.
"I threw him out because he kept on touching himself" the bartender said. My heart dropped and I saw that Spot looked really surprised.
"Do you believe me now?" I asked. Spot nodded and swallowed.
"Don’t tell the others though, wait and see if you see him again… WE don’t want to alarm Ian or Austin" he said.
"Austin would freak out" I said.
"I bet" Spot said and got a grin on his face.
"What?" I asked and looked at him.
"I know about you two.. I figured it out on the last tour when you said he was probably in Australia" he teased. I blushed.
"Don’t tell anyone" I said.
"You’re secrets safe with me" he said and gave me a warm smile.
"Thank you" I said and smiled.

I liked Spot. He was nice and when I started to talk to him I found a new friend. We had a few things in common and it was easy to talk to him. I didn’t like him more than a friend, and he was really nice.
"Hey Rin, can I talk to you for a moment?" Spot asked and I looked at him. Ian and Austin also looked at him and they both narrowed their eyes.
"Yeah sure" I said and followed him inside their bus.
"I need to ask you something… I’m kinda worried about you and yeah" he said and shrugged.
"About what?" I asked.
"the man that broke into your apartment, what does he look like?" Spot asked. He sat down on the couch in the front lounge.
"What he looks like? Why would you like to know that?" I asked.
"So that I can keep an eye out for guys that fit his description" he said.
"very thin, brown hair, almost bald… He’s in his 40s and pale skin, almost in a grey tone actually… he looks like he’s on drugs or something" I said and swallowed.
"Wow… That sounds like a creep actually" Spot said and crossed his arms.
"Well he is" I said and looked at him.

I was on stage again and I played my songs. I saw Spot and Ed in the back and they both smiled. I knew that they just kept an eye on me and the crowd, but so far I didn’t feel anything. I didn’t feel his presence.
"Thank you Portland for coming out to see me" I said into the microphone and people cheered me on. I smiled and bowed a little and then I got off stage. Spot and Ed came up to me.
"So far I can’t see anyone like him" he said.
"Me neither" Ed said and shrugged.
"You told him?" I asked.
"Well I can be the only one to keep an eye on you" Spot teased and messed my hair up. I laughed and pushed him away, and fixed my now messy hair.
"You still have a lovely voice" Ed said and smiled.
"What do you say if the three of us just go out and get something to eat?" I asked. They both agreed and we left the venue.

Austin’s POV

I picked up my phone and saw that I had a text from Spot.

We’re ut eating with Rin. Me and Ed. Keeping an eye on her.

I smiled a little and was thankful for Spot telling me about the man. He said he had told Rin not to tell anyone if he didn’t come again. But he told me immediately after he left her alone. Because apparently he had figured out they we were dating. I liked him. He was a good friend and he cared for Rin. Not in a loving way. But as a friend. And she needed friends.
I was glad that he, and now Ed, kept their eyes on her when I couldn’t. Because she couldn’t spend all her time with me just because I was worried.
"What’s going on?" Tino asked.
"Rin is out eating with Spot and Ed" I said and shrugged.
"You okay with that?" Tino asked.
"I rather have her with them than Ian" I muttered and glared over at Ian that were talking with some girls. Tino laughed and shook his head.

I was eating a hamburger and enjoying a nice meal for once. Lately I had have trouble eating, because of the man. But tonight I ate like I had never seen food before.
"Someones hungry" Ed teased and took a sip of his fanta. I grinned and nodded, and they both laughed. Then I felt it. The presence of the man. I froze and looked around.
"What is it?" Spot asked.
"He’s here" I said and looked around. But I couldn’t find him. Ed and Spot looked around as well. They couldn’t find him either.
"Are you sure?" Spot asked and glanced at me.
"I can feel him… That he’s looking at me" I said and continued to look around.

We decided to get back to the busses. I walked behind Spot and Ed was talking on his phone with some girl. Apparently his girlfriend because they were fighting over something. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath. I might have eaten that burger a little bit sick. I took another deep breath. Then I heard a cry in one of the alleys. I stopped and looked into the dark and just stared. All I could see was darkness.
"Rin?" Spot called a few meter before me.
"There is someone crying" I said and looked at him.
"There is?" he asked. Then I felt the presence again and I looked into the darkness. There he was. The man from my apartment. The man that had been at the venue. And probably on the bus. I stared at him.
"Rin?" Spot said and I could feel that he looked at me as well. The man looked at me and then he stroked the now visible bulge in his pants. I felt like puking. He took a step towards me and I jumped a little. I looked over at Spot and he was talking to Ed, not looking my way. Just as I was about to say something the man took my hand and dragged me in to the alley, and I let out a scream that echoed through the alley. If not the whole block.
"RIN?!" Spot growled.
