I woke up and let out a loud cry. Never had I felt such pain before. Not since… Fuck I was having the baby. I got up from the bed and saw that it was a lot of water in the bed. fuck… This was happening. Our little Noah was finally coming. Holy fuck… It hurt.

I cried really loud and screamed. Austin was on tour and had no idea what was going on. Because it was still about a week until the due date. But here I was. Giving birth to our son. Our little Noah.
"one more push Crystal, one more push"my midwife told me. I cried out and pushed as hard as I could and then I heard a baby cry. I relaxed a little and took deep breaths.
"Congratulations Crystal, you have a daughter" she said. I stared at her. Just stared.
"Daughter? But it was a boy… We got told it was a boy" I said and all of Austin’s plans for a Star Wars themed room for the little one was destroyed. Noah was not… a Noah… It was a girl.
"Well, it seems like destiny wanted you to have another girl" she said and handed her to me. She looked exactly like Austin with his dark hair, a few freckles and small brown fragments in her eyes. Every child was born with blue eyes and after a few hours they would go to their destined color. Destiny.

A few hours later I finally got to my phone and I saw that I had a few missed calls from Austin, and Alan. I smiled and called back, and Austin picked up immediately.
"Chris for fuck sake, I’ve been worried to death… Why didn’t you pick up?!" he shouted and I smiled. I looked at our daughter, now with Austin’s brown eyes. The only thing she had from me was my pale skin.
"I was a bit busy" I said and looked out the window and saw the first rays of sunlight. It was really early.
"I’ve been worried sick and you… you were busy? What could possibly have been so important that you couldn’t pick up the god damn phone?" he said. I laughed and stroked her cheek. I had decided that Destiny was going to be her name. First a Miracle, and now destiny wanted us to have another daughter. So Destiny it was.
"Austin, I was a little bit busy… So I couldn’t pick up the phone" I said, teasing him a little because I knew the second I would say the truth he would go quite. Miracle was sleeping next to Destiny, holding her hand and "protecting" her from evil, as she had told me earlier.
"What could possibly have been so important?" he said again and took a deep breath, so he wouldn’t loose it.
"I’m sending you a picture, just wait" I said and smiled. I took a picture of Miracle and Destiny, and I then sent it over. I heard the little ding and Austin opened it. I could hear him breathing.
"Why is the blanket pink?" he then whispered.
"Because I gave birth to a little girl, and not a Noah" I said and smiled.
"But… but…. my Star Wars room" he said. I laughed and I could hear him smile.
"So… A little girl? And everything went alright?" he asked.
"Her name is Destiny Leia Carlile, and yes, everything went just perfect" I said and smiled again.
"Destiny Leia Carlile?" he asked.
"Destiny, because destiny wanted us to have a girl and Leia because I know you would be sad over the Star Wars room" I explained.
"Damn you Chris, I love you even more and more for every day" he said and I could hear him smile.
"And I love you" I answered back.

I was sleeping on the bed when I woke up to Miracle screaming. Then I heard that a few voices hushed her and I understood that Austin was home, with the others. I was in bed, enjoying being able to lie on my stomach, and I let them walk into the nursery. I could hear Austin and how nervous he was, but as soon as he entered the room I heard a few “aw, look at her” and I smiled. Austin was happy, and that was what mattered.
"Daddy, isn’t she beautiful?" Miracle asked.
"Yes, yes she’s really beautiful" Austin answered, and I could hear that his voice almost cracked. He was really happy.
"So where is your beautiful mother?" Alan asked.
"Mama is sleeping" Miracle said and I smiled.
Well then, I’m gonna go and say hi to your beautiful mother” Austin said and I could hear him walking over to our bedroom. He crawled up in bed and he hovered over me. Pecking my shoulders, neck and cheek.
"You did great" he whispered as I turned around, I gave him a smile and he gave me a soft, but passionate, kiss on the lips.
