Characters
Alan Ashby
Alan decides he doesn't like Ava from the moment he first lays his eyes on her. After Austin's failed marriage followed by a shit load of drama within the band, Alan knows the last thing the lead singer needs is a girl to hold him and the band back. Alan is very protective over his family and friends, including his fellow band members and he won't let anyone get in between that friendship.
Austin Carlile
Austin Carlile is the kindhearted lead singer for the band Of Mice & Men. When he meets Ava, he is instantly drawn to the quiet girl and her troubled life and wants nothing more than to help her out. As their friendship continues to progress and Austin learns more about Ava, he starts to wonder if he bit off more than he can chew.
Ava Lynn Wilkinson
Ava is an introverted 24 year old female who meets Austin under bad circumstances. She graduated from California State University and earned her Master's in Veterinary Science but due to unfortunate timing, she couldn't chase after her dream job of being a veterinarian. Though she is extremely shy and hates meeting new people, Ava is kind to everyone she meets and treats everyone with respect.
Phil Manansala
Besides Austin, Phil is the first guy in the band that Ava befriends after he is kind to her and treats her with respect. Phil and Ava are much alike personality wise; both quiet and even somewhat shy around new people. Phil immediately takes a liking to Ava once he realizes that she has no intentions of hurting Austin and she actually makes him happy.
