You are pacing around your apartment furiously. Austin hasn’t texted you in two days and you are starting to think he’s purposely ignoring you. Thoughts race through you mind.
He’s not busy this week.

Maybe something came up?
Spark of inspiration?
Eventually you get the worst case scenarios in your mind and you pull out your phone and dial his number, tapping your foot impatiently as is rings. Suddenly you hear a knock on the door and put down your phone. You open it and it just so happens to be Alan.
"Alan!" You say in surprise. “What are you doing here?" He steps in and closes the door.
"Go take a nice long shower. Shave, wash your hair and condition it this time too. Make yourself look pretty."
You do what he says and when you get out of the shower you dry your hair and put on your best makeup. You then go out to find Alan has picked out an outfit for you. You look at it in question.
Your dark purple mini dress with a lace collar and black heals.
"Alan?" You call out.
"Yea?" He calls back.
"Whats going on?"
"Don’t ask questions just get dressed quickly. We need to go soon."

You get dressed and walk over to the mirror. You give yourself a nod of approval, grab a matching purse and walk into the living room where you find Alan pacing. He looks at you.
"Perfect. Lets go."
You guys leave and get in your car. Alan drives you to the most expensive restaurant in town and tells you to find Austin. He flashes a smile and you hug him and say goodbye then get out of the car. You walk in and tell the hostess you are here to meet Austin. She leads you to a table in the back and you see Austin waiting there for you. When he sees you he gets up flashes you that amazing smile of his and kisses your cheek.
He seats you himself.
"What is this all about?" You say when he sits down.
"Just thought I should take my girl out to a nice dinner." He says.
You nod and continue on with your evening.
After you finish dinner he pulls his chair closer to you and leans in close.
"I brought you here tonight because tonight is going to be a special night."
You look at him with wide eyes. “Oh?"
He nods.
"You are the most beautiful woman I’ve ever met. You are sweet, kind, funny, smart and just down right perfection. I want to spend the rest of my life with you. It’s been two long years."
Right then he pulls out a little blue box and opens it. In it is a gold ring with a big black diamond on top. You gasp and tears rim your eyes.
"Will you marry me?"
